Ordered product online Black Friday. 45 minutes after placing order realized it was shipping to a former address in another state. I IMMEDIATELY called their CS department. After spending over 3 hours on phone with different folks just to get shipping address changed or order cancelled, I got "WE sent an email to fulfillment." . Here it is 3 days later and I noticed online that ORDER WAS ShIPPED anyways to wrong address...I called back yet again to CS.. Now CS tells me that they "OPENED TICKET to get product back from shipper. So it took Kohls over 2 days to ship product to a wrong address but they couldn't change address or cancel order when I realized error! Now several hundred dollars worth of product is in route to an address that is 9 hours away from me. WHAT A NIGHTMARE and NO HELP!!

Bait and switch company. Ordered more than 600.00 online and promised huge discounts and free shipping. Wasted a lot of time placing this order only to find out the next day that they had cancelled the order without any explanation. Called their customer service and talked to 2 people ...non English speaking so you can hardly understand them just to be told I would have to reorder because one or 2 items they no longer had. You would think like every other online ordering company they would adjust your pricing and notify you of the items they could not fulfill or back ordered items...They did not, their practice is to cancel the whole order out and make you waste time to try to reorder all the items. These items are no longer on sale and they will not honor the sale price you had initially purchased them for. Some of the items of which are double the price you was GOING to buy at...Don't be mislead, after doing research I found they have been scamming people in this way for along time. I truly hope they go under just because they are such a deceptive company. Do NOT reorder items over phone, they will try to charge you double price and not honor sales. DONT DO IT

Against my better judgement, I ordered a pair of hiking boots from Kohl's. I'd never done business with them before, and never will again. I didn't think it was possible to have so many problems with one simple order. I failed to check the feedback forums first. Big Mistake. All the negative feedback is spot-on. First their website crashed while I was ordering and it took five attempts. Then they pushed back the estimated arrival date three times. Then their label printer malfunctioned and only printed a partial address. The package was never delivered, while their website says it was successfully delivered. And this was just the beginning of all the issues I had. They SUCK. It took four hours driving around in a pandemic to track down the package. It's nothing short of a miracle I found it at all.

my order went to a wrong address, had to wait to cancel it until after it got delivered. then i was told they would credit my card and i could repurchase the item for the same price. after receiving my item i called as the credit never processed to be told they were not going to credit me. the agent made a mistake and that they would use this incident as a learning tool, AT MY EXPENSE!!!! if your employee says something and it's wrong you should still honor it and then teach him. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from a company that makes millions/billions.

I will NOT do business with a company that outsources their customer service calls overseas. I applied for a Kohl’s Card, was immediately approved the could not use my temporary number to order anything! I called customer service and spoke to someone who could barely speak English. They all have a script, do not listen, interrupt, etc. I was told that my card would arrive in several weeks! I told her to close my account immediately. Kohl’s will NEVER get a dime from me. Hire American workers!

Kohl’s online customer service and account customer service is highly lacking. They are the worst, provide no follow up, unable to understand their language and have no proper communication with customers. With several various issues at Kohl’s over the last year, I am pleased that the one thing 2020 has brought is less desire to shop; therefore, I have not missed shopping at Kohl’s and will not shop at Kohl’s in the future. I’m sure Kohl’s does not care either way, so oh well.

I ORDERED AN ITEM IN 3 DIFFERENT SIZES TO COMPARE FIT. THE 3rd SIZE HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, AS IT WAS NOT IN STOCK UNTIL AFTER THE 1st TWO WERE ORDERED. AFTER OPENING THE PACKAGE THAT ARRIVED, I AM NOT SO SURE OF WHAT I WILL FIND IN PACKAGE # 3 !!! 😳 UNREAL !!! THE ITEMS WERE LITERALLY WADDED UP & THROWN IN THE PACKAGE WITHOUT ANY PLASTIC BAG PER EACH ITEM !!! AND THEIR COVID 19 ANNOUNCEMENT STATES THAT THEY ARE ‘COMMITTED’ TO PROVIDE A ‘CLEANER’ & ‘SAFER’ SHOPPING EXPERIENCE ??? 😂😂😂 I DON’T EVEN WANT TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE ‘COMMITTED’ TO PRIOR TO COVID 19 !!! 😳 AND I SHALL GLADLY RETURN THE ITEMS THAT DON’T FIT IN THE EXACT SAME MANNER IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED !

Hi I had card from last 10 years and never was defaulter but missed some 5$ payment and they reported to credit bureau without any mail or call. My credit score was screwed by 80 points. I paid whatever was pending but they dont even correct there reporting. Just stay away from KOHLS and their stupid card if want to buy home or keep good credit

These guys are thieves. They send wrong statements to wrong addresses (bad addresses, some of which don't even exist) and then a few months later all of a sudden they ruin your credit report claiming you were late in payments and even after it's been settled and they discovered their mistake they never remove their erroneous credit report. They are thieves and scammers.

I’ve had an account with Kohls for years and I’m shocked at the poor customer service I received consistently over the phone from them. I just spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to achieve some thing that I thought was simple. I merely needed to change the email on my account because it is out of date so that I could access my rewards and coupons. One associate told me to go online and register as a new user and plug in my rewards number and it would automatically link which I did not. After I called back and spent another 45 minutes on the phone they told me they I’ve had an account with Kohls for years and I’m shocked at the poor customer service I received consistently over the phone from them. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor it went to someone’s voicemail. This is ridiculous because my request was so simple… Just update my email on my account. I do not hear back from Kohls in the next 24 hours I am deleting my account and never shopping there again! If you like poor customer service please continue to shop at the store but if you want to shop at places that care about their customers then I suggest you think twice before walking into a Kohl’s

My wife placed an order 6/25. We paid $29.95 for next day shipping, we leave for vacation 7/2, she received a confirmation email saying she wont get all of the order till 7/2 - 7/6. Called customer service they were no help at all, saying we'll just have to wait. We didnt pay for next day to get part of an order. My advice, dont offer it if you cant fill it. I've spent a lot of money at Kohls, either keep the product in the store or do a better job online. If we dont recieve it, I'll probably never go back, except to return what was late.

Kohl's have the worst customer service of all time. I placed an order 6/14/20 and was advised I should receive my order between 6/18-6/23. Here we are at 6/23 and order still shows "in fulfillment" on the website, I've called and spoke with 5 different people and all have told me I have to wait, John the manager hung up on me and put me back in the queue and of course I had to explain myself all over again. This is unacceptable! When I asked if someone can find out what's going on with my order, possibly contacting the fulfillment department they say NO, I have to wait although I should have my order today 6/23/20. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM KOHL'S!!! You guys need to train your customer service department and hire a qualified quality control department because it's no way you guys are still in business providing this low level of support. You would think as big as Kohl's is they would want to invest in their customer service, but it's clear they do not care they just want to keep taking people money!! DO BETTER KOHL'S!

Kohl’s has gone downhill fast! Placed an order that I needed by a specific date. Was told my order was shipped in four shipments that would be here by the date I needed it. Then started receiving emails that the delivery dates had changed and would not arrive in time. Ridiculous!

So during this pandemic why wouldn’t you give everyone a chance to use their kohl’s cash. Nope just an extension of 2 weeks. I work in health care and a family member has Covid. Do you really think I’m checking when my cash expires. I tried to contact customer service and just get an automatic reply. I might cut up my kohl’s card because Kohl’s doesn’t care about people just MONEY!!!!

I ordered three necklaces that they said were in stock at the location that I chose to pick them up curbside that was two days ago there the site says that items are picked generally speaking within two hours it's been 2 days they have no idea when they'll be able to get my order they said not to mention they're not quite sure where it is even though I paid them for my order horrible customer service they have no support they have no employees and don't waste your time ordering from them if you have any immediate plans for what you're ordering
