“Kozy's was exceptionally good. Others shops talk about letting you test-drive a bike, but when you tell them you want to try it for a few days and ride it 100 miles, you can discern differences. Kozy's said, "No Sweat. I called them after 9 days, (they have a 10 day, no questions policy) and told them I didn't want the bike -- could they find me a different model. They came through again. There are more details, and every time they were as gracious as I could hope for. A good experience.”

“I worked with Nik to purchase a new bike and to buy and install some new parts for a Thule auto bike rack that I own. Nik was extremely helpful. He worked with me to try to get the right parts for my bike rack and installed them at no charge. He also helped me select the best bike with the right options. I would recommend Kozy's to a friend.”

“I always feel like everyone who works in the store is invested in my experience, no matter which shop I go to. I've been to several for bikes, gear, and service. Theo, especially, has an enormous amount of patience :) I can't imagine going to another shop.”

“Hello Raquel . I am your customer already, My name is Lidi, I told to you last year and you help me a lot to buy my bike , shoes , helmet and more . I bought a bike Ruby sport last year 44, I remember I got a club members .I call yesterday to asks about tune up and the guy said if I bring my in few days I get back my bike until 16 of August . Is more the 15 days . How can training ? Why don’t take my name and give me a schedule for bring my bike and take just one day to tune up . Or if they have space call me and I can bring my bike to the early . But not take my bike for so long . Very disappointed.”
