Very slow communication and they charge for customer service calls!!! Tried to deliver hat stand 3 times, then lost it in some warehouse, tried to get me to do their job liaising with delivery company. Unimpressed.

Nightmare service. One order came and the sizes were ridiculously large. Trousers that should have been a size 10 absolutely drowned me - more like a 14, and if I want to change them for a smaller size (which I wouldn't have to if their sizing was correct) I have to pay the shipping. At around the same time, also ordered a separate order - two weeks later, it is still not here. Contacted customer service - apparently that is 'normal" but I really feel it is not normal for clothing when compared to anyone else and I also feel that if it is "normal" then it should state that on the site at the point of order which it does not. To add insult to injury, looking at the order online, they have now dispatched half of it. Not that it is here, but when it does arrive, I will still be waiting for the rest of it. They do nothing to help at all when you email them or call, just tell you it's normal. Totally unfair experience, inaccurate sized clothing, rubbish, arrogant customer service, and shambolic delivery to boot. Very upsetting, we've spent quite a bit of money with them, haven't had what we paid for and they do not care at all.

I have ordered a dress from La Redoute. I tracked the item and it said it is on its way to the local shop. Then I checked it again, it said delays wait for 24 hours. After 4 days still the same message. So I contacted the customer care after 2 days no reply. I decided to phone them which is not free!!!! They told me they can't help me I have to wait for the email. I received an email later on saying they shared my email with the correct department. Then another email to say they are looking into it. I asked them to cancel and refund the payment... Still waiting!!!! Why shall I pay for something I haven't received. Why shall I wait for so long for an email and refund??? I think this is the worst company with the worst customer care! I will never use them again and advise you to use a reputable company who treats their customer with respect.
