Absolutely shocking .... do not order anything from here. Taken the money but still not have received my order ...... customer services answer the phone but don’t actually do anything. If only I had read the reviews before I ordered.

11 days since ordering, the rug was in stock & estimated delivery 3-5 working days. Despite numerous emails to customer service nobody can update me. La Redoute very unreliable, give me Ikea any day.

They'll pull the rug from under your feet watch out. This company are a farce. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying on their website to be be wise and buy a similar item elsewhere even its more expensive to save yourself wasted time and having your money taken without receiving the item. On the 22 September I ordered a rug. o the 26th September no rug had been delivered but £99 had been taken from my paypal account. There was no email from La redoute to say the rug wouldnt be delivered and as such I was expecting the rug because the latest email said it would be delivered. I logging into the la redoute website after 4 days to my account to show the rug order was 'cancelled' and no explinatation. I called the customer service and they took 10 minutes to say its not in stock and that they wouldnt issue a voucher for redress of my time or log a complaint.

Terrible at returns. I’ve been lied twice that someone will arrive to collect a return. This company is ridiculous trying to refuse a return by the lack of response on this

It's a painful company to deal with. The system is awful and the same as the service. Bought a glass display case, and it arrived damaged. Asked for a replacement, but they asked me to buy another one and refund me the damaged one. So I did, the second one arrived damaged again. It took a lot of hassle to return both products, and they didn't refund the correct amount after all! I noticed that after almost a month and then asked them to refund me the difference. But then they refunded more than they should, after that, they sent me thousands of letters and emails to ask me to make the payment. I did try to log into my account but I can't find anywhere to make the payment. There is no way I should make an effort to go to the post office or call them to make payment for their mistakes! I keep receiving endless emails and letters. it was super annoying.

no imagination that sometimes people can't collect items within the window allowed and need to extend it. Lesson learned. Won't be using the company again

Rubbish! Cannot hit their own delivery deadlines, and you cannot get through to them on the phone. Waste of time

Do not order from this company the customer service is terrible. I also question the security of their online systems as I tried to make a purchase and then within hours a credit application was made in a different name (a female - no females here) using my address.

Absolute nightmare shopping experience from start to finish. Delivery service is very slow and unreliable. Incorrectly sized orders sent out on each occasion (I'm 4 orders in and they still haven't got it right yet) 1 item arrived absolutely covered in animal hairs. Another had a very obvious stain down 1 trouser leg. Other items have been incorrectly sized on the labels or baged up in wrong packaging and so we're also the wrong sizes. Customer services had very long waits to actually speak to someone (30mins) staff were polite but couldn't do anything to help. Returning my entire order for a refund and won't be shopping with them again.

Worst customer service ever. First did an order which i asked to be delivered at my office. 1 months later I still havnt heard from them so send an email to know where is my order. They tell me its been cancelled because they cannot deliver to an office. I re ordered straight away to my home adress and been trying to know where is my order for a month without anyone responding. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I posted a negative review recently concerning my recent order, only to find that a week later I received an email from you saying that my review was not within your guidelines and had been refused to be printed?! Why? If you're going to refuse negative reviews then there's no point having reviews at all if you're going to control them. What happened to democracy?

Possibly the worst company I have the displeasure to deal with. I bought two stackable beds 6 weeks ago, unfortunately both beds were broken . I had to waste a full day to wait for the beds to be collected. In order to speed things up bought another two while waiting for the refund of the first order. When I received the second order both beds were again broken so I had which meant wasting another full day to wait for the collection. I bought another two bed in the mean time to speed the process up. In the next two only one was broken so another day wasted in my life. Finally today I have received the latest replacement which is broken I will have to waste another day for the collection which makes me furious. In total I have bought 6 beds and only one was not broken. This is absolutely ridiculous and I would it recommend this company to anyone.

Having waited over a week for a large navy velvet bedspread RRP £135 to arrive, I opened the package only to find out La Redoute had sent a totally different smaller, cream and grey bedspread RRP £40 on their site. Initially I was disappointed but patient hoping that their customer service would be friendly, helpful and apologetic about the inconvenience and that they would do their best to put it right as any other online company would do. Well I was wrong! Standard 'sorry to hear about your experience' followed by return the parcel, wait for your refund and then order the item again. No exchange, no real acknowledgment of the fact this is THEIR fault, not mine. I work six days a week, full-time and now have to find time to take care of this return of something I had never even ordered. Judging by the reviews on here, I am not alone in either receiving the wrong item and then finding out that La Redoute 'customer service' consists of nothing more than parroting generic blanket apology statements, offering no explanation or compensation for the mistakes made on their part before inconveniencing their paying customers further. Working in retail myself, I've never known anything like it! I could never provide such a poor service to customers, especially if the mistake was my own. I wish I'd shopped elsewhere and will do in future.

Worst cusotmer sercvices I have even ecountered. Serously if they employed a group of chimpazes to do it the sevice would be much better. I have been wondering for a while if they actually employ people or they use robots as all they do is to parrot the same nonsense all the time. I put one star because there is no option to put none I genuinely think one star is too generous.

689380840 Référence client: 689380840. Service de livraison déplorable et agressif. Service client incompétent et lent. Je ne commanderai plus jamais sur la redoute. Le livreur arrive avec une semaine de retard, Il ne parle pas Français (ou fait semblant), livre seulement un des trois colis (la table), il oubie le tapis et le canapé. Il demande à ma femme de signer un reçu qui dit "trois colis livrés", elle refuse, il s'énerve, elle refuse encore une fois et lui demande de partir. Ma femme me téléphone en pleure. Je téléphone à la redoute, très très énervé, le service client me promet de résoudre le problème et de nous dédomager. Personne ne m'a jamais recontacté, deux semaines plus tard, après 20 appels, la redoute a ouvert une enquête pour trouver le canapé disparu. L'enquête prendra un maximum de trois semaines et la suite est incertaine. On me dit: "cela dépendra des résultats de l'enquête du serice livraison monsieur, merci pour votre patience". Service incompétant, agressif, minable, sans respect. Je suis tellement énervé que j'ai pris contact avec un avocat.

Bad experience with La redoute, and it is not the first time. First time, I ordered a rattin mirror and I received a Rug !!! Second time, I ordered a dress and I received a complete different dress, horrible dress. I called their customer service and they explained that I could apply for a refund, customer service agent was apologetic but explained the dress that I wanted was no longer in stock.. On the website i could see the dress in my size but the price was back to the original price 55 GBP instead of the reduced 16.50GBP price. It is only when I insisted that she could see the item in my size in her own system....I order ALL the time from Next, M&S, amazon, accessorize. I never once had an order problem with the order companies, the product ordered was the product received. What's wrong with your service La redoute, I will avoid from now...

Ordered a marble side table for £160. For the price, I was absolutely disgusted with the quality of this item. The wooden frame literally fell apart the second I took it out of the box, and appeared to have been glued together rather than properly secured. IKEA furniture is of much higher quality! I would never order from La Redoute again.

Absolutely terrible, i will not buy from them again. Extremely slow delivery of my bedside table (took almost a month) and the kept refunding and taking the money for the item from my account??? The item came severely damaged (bent completely out of shape). I called them for an exchange and they said i just have to buy a whole new item (pay twice) and they would collect the damaged item (could not give me a date or time when that would be or even when they would refund me) Terrible.
