“Original bucket of product arrived with a split and the product was spilling out into the surrounding box. I informed Lawnsmith so they could change the strength of the bucket, or have a word with their shipping company to be more careful. I didn't lose any product and placed the box into a thick bin liner. Lawnsmith apologised and instantly offered me a partial refund without me requesting one or expecting one. Excellent service above expectations and the product's also great!”

“The item had burst open during transit and I refused to accept it and requested a refund but I have not recieved a replacement or refund as yet and trying to get in touch with lawnsmith is difficult , I am appalled at the condition of the item and the difficulty trying to get a refund or replacement!”
