Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear about the issue with the packaging that caused the fertiliser to spill.
We’ve reached out to you via email to resolve this matter. Please check your inbox, and let us know if there's anything further we can do to help.
“Grass really recovered quickly (within 2 weeks) using this fertiliser after scarification and aeration. And was a really lush Green colour. Happy with results”
“Would not order from this company again.
Delivery courier, FedEx, misdelivered and then I was forced to wait until Lawnsmith sorted the problem with FedEx instead of just resending a replacement.
Took almost two weeks to resolve and the subsequent reordered delivery arrived damaged with the contents loose in a cardboard box and leaking.
No idea how good the fertilizer is but the customer experience is appalling!”
Hi D,
I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the customer experience you've had, and I can understand the frustration when order issues arise. Unfortunately, when a parcel is misdelivered by the courier, we have to follow their process to locate or confirm the loss before a replacement can be issued, but we did our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible in line with our courier. I’ve also emailed you directly so we can look into the issue of the damaged item you have received and make sure everything is sorted properly for you. Please, could I ask that you reply to that message when you get a moment? We would really appreciate it.
Lawnsmith.
“Very professional company. Deliveries always on time.
Videos on lawn care excellent ..... by "proper" experienced gardener, who demonstrates by "doing/showing" ,not just talking.”
“I subscribed to Lawnsmith updates having found them online whilst trying to repair a badly damaged lawn. I find their monthly reminders great, and recently purchased the autumn lawn feed. It was easy to sew, but yet to see the results as it is a slow release, so I’m looking forward to a healthier lawn in the spring.”
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you find our monthly reminders helpful. With slow-release Autumn feed, it can take time, but it’s designed to support healthy growth over the months ahead, we hope you enjoy a lush, strong lawn by spring! 😊
Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that you found the instructions and videos helpful, and the delivery quick. We really appreciate your 5 stars😊
“Helped out a lot by fertilising my lawn. Assisted fast growth of new seeds, can already see the benefits of this fertiliser. Better than any shop bought products I’ve used.”
“Been using Lawnsmith this season for first time. Well worth money and will continue to use in future. If the grass could speak it would probably say thanks.”
