“This review involves a particular seller/store. Ordered during 11.11 sale. Most of my items, even from China came after a few days. One store did not even pack items by 11.17. I reached out to seller and they informed me that they ran low on stocks. Not true because prior to my chat, I checked their store and still offering the same item for P600. It was previously priced at P180 and on sale for P90. They cancelled my orders so I will be forced to order at a higher price. Not good business practice. I reported to Lazada and "filed" a complaint but I doubt if anything will be done about this. Just trying to warn others here of possible scenarios”
“The Lazada online platform works well, but it is then down to LEX to make the delivery..... ðŸ˜. The Angeles City (Bacolor) hub is very very poorly managed. I spend a lot of money with Lazada, but it may be time to use Shoppe.
In the Lazada account setting I chose office rather than home for my address type, and clearly included 8-5 Mon-Fri, with NO WEEKEND DELIVERIES.
Everytime the delivery guy fail, I ask if the read the label, and they say yes but their boss tells them to take the goods, even though the boos knows the delivery will fail.
The attached shows a Gas Tank for my bike I have been waiting for.... Useless system here... LEX SUCKS”

“I ordered from Lazada for quite a few years and didn't have any bad experiences, until I needed their customer service. It's very, very bad.
An order was late and I asked them what happened. I chatted with 2 agents, and both of them were useless and couldn't answer simple questions about deliveey, warranty etc. All they did was apologising again and again, using the same words, like parrots.
If ever I will have to use Lazada, it will definitely only be with COD.”

“I just had another issue with a lazada seller. I've had several bad experience with lazada but this one is really surpising.
I have returned and proven that the item is not same as in the product page. I gave one star review. I noticed after a few days my review is gone.
I asked lazada CS. I was told that sellers can modify, hide and remove reviews.
So it means that malicious and cheat sellers are actually protected and tolerated by lazada. Buyers are on their own and can let go of their money if they do not make the effort to return and be refunded.
Buyers already wasted time and energy browsing. Trusting a seller as per their product page and expecting their honesty to deliver what is shown and even verifying thru chat. And then receiving a different or slightly different item. And then buyer have to return. Argue with the seller. Have to waste time and energy and money to get the item to the courier.
No compensation to the buyer and the cheat seller does not even get punished.
I think Lazada should give more importance and value to the buyers than the sellers. With no buyers and more sellers, no business. But with more buyers than sellers, good business.
It seems lazada is only concerned in getting money both from buyers and sellers.”

The seller returned my money but not the shipping that I shouldered, Lazada gave it back but in a form of Lazada rewards with 30 days expiration.
