The pickup team refused to pick up a broken item as promised 5 months ago If you expect to have aftersale service, never buy in Lazada. Shopee is easier to handle. Waste of time! Lazada allows their pick-up team to cancel the promised pickp without any reason. At first, the cs kept telling us to wait. We for 5 months and 2 weeks. But the pick up team can cancel pick-up two times. And there is no way to contact any other department except the cs. That's Lazada's way to protect their staff who is taking advantage of the customers. Lazada is stealing money in effect! Look at what they emailed to me!

A cheap rip-off/ copy/ fake immitation of Amazon/ Alibaba 1. There CS COMPLETELY SUCKS! Its like you talking to a bunch of trained monkeys!! They always give you the same stupid pregenerated answers and don't help you at all πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ˜Ÿ 2. There courier ( Ninjavan/ J&t) is the SLOWEST AND WORST IN WHOLE PHILIPPINES!!πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ˜ŸπŸ˜Ÿ ( it takes them 3 weeks to ship something from Manila to palawan!!!πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ˜ŸπŸ˜Ÿ) 3. Always faked advertising with free shipping!! INSTEAD YOU PAY A VERY HIGH SHIPPING FEE FOR A TERRIBLE SLOW COURIER!!πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž 4. THERE REFUND POLICY SUCKS!! ( courier damaged my item!! Hinold hostage nila ang 20k kong pera na pambayad sana ng bills ko pero dahil di gumagana ang lazada wallet nila di ko mabayaran at ang sabe pa saken non withdrawable daw ang pera. Wag nyo na subukan magpasa ng pera sa lazada. Dahil wala na kayo magagawa, it will all be in their discretion.

I've had 2 things that i ordered and got the wrong item or something fake and both times with pictures Lazada honored the seller to NOT give me my money back. I even showed a screenshot of the seller sending me a message saying if I give them a good review they will approve the refund and if not, they will fight it.

Ordered a washer 5 times and 5 times they choose a carrier that does not service our area. The order was canceled 5 times. Waste time chatting with agents who were not able to do anything despite promises.

Worse service. They sent me the wrong item but refuses to have it picked up for return, insisting that I am the one who needs to have the wrong item that they sent, dropped off. This policy is so shamelessly stupid and does not value the customer making Lazada the most ambitious but worse online shop in the Philippines. Lazada sent me the mistaken item but they couldn’t come to my house to pick it up for return. Why? I don’t understand why it’s so hard for them to come pick up the item that they tediously delivered to my house but cannot pick it up because it’s less than 20 kgs?… That’s not logical. And that’s not fair for the customers. Why would the customers bow down to your mistakes, Lazada? Why?

Customer service is pathetic. products are duplicate and sellers are crooks. Digital products are fake, Do not buy them. They won't work. They are duplicates and no refunds

I buy one phone present for my fiancee.When she received the box to her great surprise when she opened it she found a stone inside..I contacted LAZADA and they asked me why she did not get a video when she opened the box ... how could she understand that there would be a stone inside to get a video ?? I try to communicate with them for a refund .... I try to communicate with the shop and the seller ... NOTHING. Big resilience for an online company.

Sending me old equipment and items like manuals and cables are missing .the computer has no WiFi. The computer is not the brand (Dell) that I ordered. They do not react to complaints. I will never order from Lazada again

I ordered bike from lazada, they said it will be shipped on 18 August on the day they send me email that my order is cancel,, I dont know why , I ask for refund but they dont send,, I send emails to them but no answer,, no feedback,, I dont know if they are making money like this way User's recommendation: Don’t trust lazada.

advice ko lang po Wag po kayo bibili, if there,s a note "contact seller b4 ...." ( coz i did contact the seller, inform nya kayo on how to pay outside the lazada apps, kasi the item i wanted to buy is pricey, pero it would cost me 9k lang sa kanila, he asked me to pay thru gcash. Kaya goodbye 9k. I can't complaint kay lazada kasi there's no record of buying, as well as u cant send a review to warn others. Hindi tinatanggal ni Lazada un mga ganun seller, instead po.. gagawin nila.. "add to wishlist" Pag ganyan po, may record po ng cancelled orders un items/seller (Esp if there's no record of sold), (Hindi ko na po, sinama un galit at mura and all the efforts on complaining, its frustating)

I bought 3 chairs in all, and one had missing parts. I didn't report to Lazada, since the supplier has been coordinating. Eventually after a month, the merchant (Chuass Office) didn't complete the parts. I called Lazada to ask for the contact number of the merchant, since there's no response in chats. I was just given 2 cellphone numbers, both not working. I was asking for the landline and address, but none was given. Now the Lazada supervisor claims that they cannot contact me, when I as holding my phone the whole time today. The least that Lazada can do is to help contact Chuass Office, and help me complete the parts. It is their responsibility to provide the contact numbers of their suppliers or at least assist. I will not order there again, Lost Php 1,400.

I hate you for choosing XDE being one of your Logistics. They are unreliable and they are the worst courier. Been waiting for my order more than 2 weeks now and still haven't receive it. Are you blind LAZADA? Or you just don't care about your customers but to earn money? Your customers have a lot of complaint about XDE. You SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Lazada has by far not the same standards you may be used to when you deal with other big online sellers. Lazada has for example clearly a third world costumer service, with an totalitarian attitude and offensive arrogance. Sure, you will always have some bad and unresponsive sellers from time to time, but than to deal also additionally with an bad Lazada costumer service and dispute team for only 900 PHP? In the last 12 month, we spent more than 200.000 PHP in Lazada, but still this attitude and offensive arrogance. Ya well, we don't need that and it gives me a headache. There are other and better options.

Lazada does not honour its return policy. They canceled my return twice . Nothing but corrupt lying staff and a dishonest company. They should be investigated for false and misleading information by the NBI. It is just criminal in the way they treat customers
