About Le Chameau:

Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Lovely little wellies. Probably my 4th pair of Le Chameau’s and not disappointed. My only comment would be that they are more pink than berry red as they appear in the pics. I am not a pink kind of girl really but even so, it’s a nice pink so I am not complaining and maybe I do need brightening up a bit! Bought these for dog walking on the beach as they are so much easier to just slip on than my full length ones. Comfy & stylish. Definitely recommend!”

“I have been a lot ng term user of Chameau boots for shooting, walking the dogs, etc. I find them to almost perfect for my needs - light, perfect subdued countryside colour, weatherproof and warm on cold winter days. A first class, high quality, boot.”

“These are the third pair of Jameson boot I have had. Though not immediately obvious they differ in a number of key respects, no doubt accounting for surprising price. I would however of been happy to of paid appreciably more for ones without these 'improvements'. I shall not be getting a fourth!”

“Initially very comfy, but then stretched and I have no ankle support. They do wobble too much as I walk. Possibly would be better in a smaller size.”

“Got these in the sale as the other Cahmeau boots I have had don't really last more than a year. So I can have two pairs for the price of one normal pair. Still the best boots out there, pity they don't last longer!”

“The boot spray works great which I’ve been using for many years. The problem being that over the years the spray container is getting smaller and more expensive for less volume. They use to offer two size spray containers; now only one which is smaller and less volume at more cost - Greedy Company.”
