About Le Chameau:

Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“These are so beautiful, I love the color. I saw them online and searched for them. I debated getting the cherry for a while but when I saw they updated the shorter boots' color to rouge, I bought the cherry color while still in stock.”

“My first pair of tn maison tan moccasins, I usually buy another brand. I work from home so live in my slippers. These are very comfortable and very stylish. 6 months in and wearing well. Will definitely buy them again when I have worn these ones out.”

“These are my second pair of Vierzonord wellies from Chameau and I must admit, I go back to my 10 year old pair much more. The quality of the new boots are very poor. Much more flimsy and nowhere near as supportive on the foot as the older wellies. Disappointed, especially given the price you pay. Unfortunately my older pair have worn near the ankle and the rubber has ripped causing them to leak, but had I known the reduction in quality of the new wellies, I would have opted for a different brand this time round.”
