“What can I say, it’s insurance. A drain on expenses which most would say is not necessary... until it is necessary as it was for me. Communication was fast easy and at my own convenience, errors were corrected as soon as I made them aware, and as for value for money? Well I’ve taken out another policy with them, they were the cheapest quote I got and with previous experience being positive it was the best way for me to go.”

“I was so over priced when i had 3 year no claim bonus instead of 2 because my previous insurer refused to give me the certificate since it was more then 2 years ago. I was charged 130 pounds extra and after asking for some leniency they reduced 15pounds thats all.”
