“My previous premium was 120 pounds for a scooter, now it went up to 170 (same circumstances). This is way too much, 40% increase?! When asked them to send me a copy of licence in a different format than txt (which my computer does not read) they sent me again a copy in txt format.”

“How on earth can I rate you ? - all I did was to buy a year's electric bike insurance starting yesterday. The process of buying it was good, informative and fairly painless, - which is the only thing I am rating in my "Good" rating - but obviously until I have any experience of what you offer (which hopefully will be never) I can't possibly evaluate you. This instant evaluation of everything under the sun which we are plagued with these days has gone totally bonkers.”
