“Don't know the girls name but she really educated me abit more about bike insurance and got me a reasonable quote but she was good customer service skills so I called back to take up the insurance. The price on the day was £60 less than my original price which is amazing! The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because the phone lines kept cutting off and I had to call back 3 times and after listening to all the spiel it was starting to get frustrating. The 3 people I dealt with all had great customer service. Would use again.”
