“Lexham always calls us ahead of time to check our requirements. Year after year we deal with the same member of staff so she knows what we do and what it important to us. What's more we know that the products she finds us are the best fit for us on the current market. Amazingly they have also beat all other quotes on price for 3 years out of 4 for public liability, and they have found us competitive van insurance and tool cover too. Our Lexham contact is Charlene, who has always made us feel like a valued customer and she really enjoys the challenge of getting us the best deal. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thanks a million Charlene.”

“Although I haven't had to deal with anyone personally for any reason their quote is streets ahead of their competitors. I know I'm a safe, security conscious rider, so I don't mind the large-ish excess. I would save in a year what I am paying in excess should the worst happen. Well done to Lexham for being sensible!”

“Charlie was amazing and helped us deal with a difficult situation reg cancelling our insurance. He was wonderful and even phoned me back after talking to his manager and got us a discount on our fee. Been through a lot and it brought a tear to my eye to have a stranger show such humanity. It's the little things that mean a lot!”

“Amanda was extremely helpful regarding my daughter's scooter insurance. She researched the best policy, she was knowledgeable and had a very friendly and kind personality. In the end, her help and advice actually saved me money. Other male staff members had also been very helpful (but unfortunately I can't recall their names.) This is the first time I have used Lexham and as a result of my experience I would not hesitate to use them again and will actively look for their quote when I need my own motorcycle policy renewed.”

“After speaking to other insurance companies even my original insurance company to renew with them with a new policy who gave the impression they didn't want my business I decided to check out other companies on line! Your sales lady Charlie was very helpful with all the questions I had! My only grumble but this isn't your fault is I've had 11.5 months of claim free insurance but sold my bike so the old policy was cancelled & lost my 1 year no claim which has cost me dearly on my new cover on my 125cc bike!”

“Well, I don't really know all this fuss about lexham or other cheap insurance companies. After reading all those negatives I was really afraid when I bought my insurance at lexham (had no other choice since I'm not originally from UK and they were the only ones that gave me a reasonable price lol - irony) today I had to cancel my insurance as I'm moving back to my home country and the bike is getting exported. I was reading comments regarding changing anything to do with the policy etc. And I was getting worked up on how much it is going to cost me :(( Turned out that after calling a lovely gal Terry from lexham, I was informed that my policy that is a loan agreement will just be canceled and there nothing that I owe to them, though no refund as it was month to month instalments, just my direct debit would be canceled. Thumbs up to Terry, lady with a really nice voice for being very informative. Give her a raise!”
