“Found Lexham ins on a compare website, by far the cheapest. Downloaded their app and uploaded requested proof of details And found my policy set up all ready. Whole experience was hassle free.”

“I applied for insurance for my motorcycle. I then decided to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period. I tried calling and was told the cancellation department could call back, it could be in 2 to 3 days! I then emailed my cancellation. This has now taken nearly two weeks. Out of the £141 I paid as a deposit, I was told I would get a refund of £12.40 even though I cancelled two days after starting. Lexham can keep it! Would I recommend Lexhams! Not a chance.”

“Wanted to add a second bike to my policy, which is something I expected to be able to do over the phone as I have with other insurance companies. I called four times and *eventually* the phone was picked up, only to discover that I couldn't get either a quote or add a second bike over the phone, but rather would have to wait for a call back from their 'multi-bike' department. Now I have the inconvenience of likely missing that call back because they will undoubtedly call me when I'm in the middle of work and unable to answer the phone. So far, not very impressed and have only given two stars rather than one because the initial cost was competitive and the documentation came through very quickly. It doesn't inspire confidence for the future if I ever need to make a claim.”

“The app and the arrangement of the insurance was good. No quibbles. The price I have paid..... I dont think I will ever be happy; whomever I insure with! I have repeatedly insured via Lexham and to be honest have stopped shopping around as it has been so straightforward. I would recommend them.”
