“Poor management skills and customer service, was trying to get hold of them for 4 days due to an issue from their mistake which is costing £500 if it’s not sorted, was on the hold like for 2 hours and they cut the line before closing time, their opening times say there open on Saturdays but their offices were closed. Stay away from this company for your insurance their quick enough to lie and take money off you but aren’t quick enough to help you sort the issue. Stay away!”

“Lexham Insurance didn’t ask whether i needed to disclose my Criminal Record (very minor) apart from Motoring Records. I’ve been involved in a crash & now they’re refusing to offer any help and claiming it’s void when speaking to their sister-company.”

“Avoid like the plague, cancelled my insurance due to an outstanding payment while I was on holiday and could do nothing about it. I informed them following their request for payment that I would be away for the next few weeks and would pick it up upon my return, then I get home to find a letter from them confirming they have cancelled my cover. They may be one of the cheapest on the market but there’s a reason why.”

“Do I took insurance out with Lexham and they said their was an issue with my policy,so after work I tried ringing every day for over a week spending over a hour each time to not get through and have my policy cancelled,apparently because I didn’t contact them when like I said over s hour everyday for nobody to even answer! The worst company I’ve ever dealt with and I certainly will be telling any of my friends or family thinking of going to Lexham Just how bad they are! Shocking service”

“I've had a house fire and can't find insurance documents for my vehicle. I texted Lexham to ask if I was with them. I had been for several years but almost instantly they sent a pdf of my past policy which proved SO helpful. Can't thank you enough. I will come back to you!”

“Only just found out that my insurance is not with Lexham as there just the broker! They also don’t give you any information on who your actually insured with unless you ask.it also claims that they do multi bike insurance when I went to add a new bike to the policy they told me I can’t cause the actual insurer doesn’t do multi bike”
