“Everyone I spoke to while I was sorting out a policy was very helpful and explained everything really well. After I had taken out the policy I emailed them to double check something and they got straight back to me with the answers. And the policy was a great price !!!”

“Customer service was first class. Explained quotation in detail and sought to get the most competitive quote. Attention to detail and my questions and requests where handled efficiently. Good advice was offered. Customer services were very pleasant and helpful. Some of the best customer service I have experienced. Obviously Lexham are getting the service to customers right. “Had to call to see when policy would be delivered (new one) its posted to me ,and at a right price + the phone was answered straight away ,unlike some others who put the call on hold and play music ,so first class ,and I got a answer to my question ,so 100%”

“Brilliant customer service. Called to ask if policy could be amended after garage had mistakenly given me the wrong registration number for my scooter.This was no problem and done completely free of charge.They even emailed the cover note directly to the garage. Thanks for everything”

“Whilst Lexham isn't the cheapest insurance, they ate the fairest and offer the most additional items. Great customer service and when you phone through it doesn't tar long at all to speak with someone.”
