“Mistakes were made on my statement of facts document. To which I phoned them up 2 hours after receiving the documents to amend them. I was then told there would be a broker fee charge of £26 which they would graciously waiver. However there was a £28 fee from lexham. Which considering some of the amendments were issues created by the insurance company. I think it is appalling”
