“I don't think much re the Cycle policy that the fee only includes 1 bike, a change from the prior year. I am the only rider in my household and naturally can only ride one at a time, one being essentially a back up. My use of the insurance would only have happened in the 60s (near Bacton if you are interested when my rear hub broke). There has been no occasion since when this would have been needed, so it is probably a luxury to have this for one bike anyway. In principal of course a re-assuring protection. Grumble over!”

“Satisfactory , renewals service is poor - The only thing this company really have going for them is competitve pricing. -Lack of communication between Lexham and Plantec Assist (The company they use as Third Party Claims handler) - Lack of communication within departments at Lexham. -Failure to send documents over promptly or with correct details.”

“I’ve used Lexham for the last 3 renewals and they’ve always been the cheapest on the market. I was always a little worried about how good they were as a result. In the past year I’ve had to make a (no fault) claim and found them to be very professional and efficient when dealing with it. Having used their services, I really can’t find any fault with them and I’m happy to be a customer of theirs :)”
