“Everything in LF is allright good but UPS is very bad in they diliveries. Every time last 18 months I have never got information about my paggage to pick it upp at the accespoint. The information should come to my phone or email as before. It is inpossible to now when it is at the accespoint without informetion. Pleace correct that emmediately.”

“Heb geen bevestiging ontvangen van mijn bestelling en nooit een reactie gehad op mijn e-mail. Aangezien ik niks wist qua of de bestelling gelukt was heb ik de bestelling willen annuleren en ook hier geen reactie op gehad! Ook telefonisch geprobeerd, telefoon ging over maar werd daarna gewoon verbroken,”
