“The 15% off and FREE shipping for new customers offer only gave discounted shipping - not FREE, no matter what delivery option was selected. I chose the cheapest DHL option in the end. Please refund the difference (£1.21) to my credit card to honour your own terms. I do not accept store credits. Thank you.”

“The 15% coupon from subscription did not work and so no what is the point. Also, I had to complete the order in Brave explorer as in Chrome I was getting errors.”
