“I subscribed to get the 15% new customer coupon - thank you. I confirmed my email. However, later, this was not linked when I came to check-out. All I needed to do would be to add a password when subscribing for the introduction discount and my next step would be to take me to buy something.”

“When I am not logged in and put things into the cart, and then log in, the cart looses everything that I had added and the cart is empty again. This really should not be happening. People might forget to add things they had already added. This happened several times while I was shopping. Your cart should persist much better and longer.”
