“Good afternoon, I would like to inform you that my negative feedback is due to the fact that I have not received my order. Therefore, my complaint is directed more at the shipping company than at the quality of the product, with which I am very satisfied. I see that the shipping company used (UPS) returned my order and did not deliver it to me because "my address is unknown." I do not understand this reason, as the address is the same as for the previous order, which I received without any problems, and the same address where I receive orders from other suppliers who use shipping companies other than UPS. I have not received any calls or emails from the shipping company requesting additional information about my address. I would like to inform you of this situation so that you can take the appropriate measures and, in any case, resend the order.
