“Having complered my order, I waited 5 days for delivery. Whilst 5 days was barely acceptable a generation ago, these days with 'next day delivery' the norm, a wait of 5 days is unacceptable.”

The only difference of EPA/DHA 01937 and 01937EU is the label as the EU version has several languages on it, the formulation is the same. “I still trust your products, but I was quite disappointed to find out that the B vitamins came in the same package for the same price with half the vitamins in its dosage. It’s also disappointing how wasteful many of the vitamins are considering that I get a huge plastic container with just a little bit of pills on the bottom of it. Misguiding manufacturing and marketing practices, which will affect the trust of the consumers.”

Unfortunately the bottle size can not simply match the bottle content, in which case smaller bottles could be used in many instances to avoid surplus packaging material. In fact, the bottle size is determined by the label size, and the label size is the result of the legal requirements in terms of label content. Thus, while Life Extension is an environmentally conscious company, the law requires us to sometimes use larger bottles than actually necessary. The new blue plastic bottles have a lower environmental impact than the previous white bottles for several reasons, one being the lesser overall amount of plastic used due to thinner material. “I trust Life Extension but I think that prizes are too high. Also I didn't like the fact that tax were added only later at checkout, so in the end one pays considerably more and thanks to a stratagem doesn't quite realizes it. If prizes keep going up, I won't buy Life Extension anymore, despite the fact that I am a longtime client and trust the quality of product.”
