“Leider war meine Erfahrung mit dem Unternehmen nicht so positiv, wie ich es mir gewünscht hätte. Obwohl das Angebot verlockend erschien, war die Informations-E-Mail schlecht übersetzt, sodass der Rabattcode nicht richtig funktionierte. Ich musste wertvolle Zeit damit verschwenden, herauszufinden, welcher der richtige Code war – etwas, das mit einer sorgfältigen und aufmerksamen Kommunikation leicht hätte vermieden werden können. Respekt gegenüber dem Kunden bedeutet, ihn nicht unnötig zu belasten. Ich hoffe, dass solche Nachlässigkeiten in Zukunft behoben werden, denn andernfalls wird das Unternehmen das Vertrauen derjenigen verlieren, die Wert auf Qualität legen.”

“I was told that I would receive a 15% discount for a first purchase, but I have no idea where the voucher went and couldn't find it. After waiting to see if it turned up in my e-mails, i had to re-do my whole order. In the end I have placed my order without the discount code.”
