“I bought three items. I was unhappy with one if them (Neuro-Mag Magnesium L-Threonate) the container was empty while it is unopened! I contacted the customer service and they replied with considering a replacement. I’m waiting to receive the replacement…”

“last week I placed an order with you and there arose two problems> 1. -At that time your site said B Complex was not in stock but today it is. That is a bit strange. and 2. - I was promised home delivery but the package was delivered to a UPS pick-up point nearby and I had to wait 2 days before I could pick up the package. Why didn't UPS deliver to my home? Will this order be shipped to my home? I hope so. David Manning”

Hi, Thank you for your review. We get a new delivery for our stock every week, but it might happen that a product is sold out before the new delivery arrives. UPS tried to deliver at your home address, but apparently did not manage to get hold of you and therefor delivered to a pick-up place. Hi, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately Vitamin D3 3000 IU will probably be discontinued. We still have the 3000 IU in the Vitamin D+K, other wise there are 1000 IU, 2000 IU (liquid) and 5000 IU available. Kind regards, Life Extension Europe team

“I love your shop and your products! Shopping experience is not perfect. When I click on Menü-> Einkaufen (menu -> shopping ?) it loads slow. Having the shopping categories it hidden behing a hamburger style menu for is not working for me, because it is slow and overlaying where I am shopping. It does not invite to "stroll around". Also, I was confused, where to give consent for receiving emails (e.g. a nice birthday voucher) What I do like is how you present content and hard facts about each product. I am shopping here since at about 15 years. My feedback is just meant to help. I am a happy and loyal customer :-)”
