“I was very happy with your processing time of orders, but in lasth two months there are delays in shipping times. For instance order 40598440996 - you needed almost 1 week to hand over package to GLS. “In my country, I either see the expiration date of product or delivered product have expiration date above 1 year. I have complained and was told that it is more than 6 months and therefore it is ok. I wrote your colleage - that I am buing products with aim to start consume next morning after delivery, i buy them for my own stock. I will not buy products from you, I will not risk that this situation will repeat. Obviously you do not care, becasue your manager refused to pick up doses from me and send me doses with exporation date above one year. Obviously you do not value customers.”

“Ho chiesto il cancellamento e il rimborso dell'ordine. Motivo: La consegna non è stata effettuata nel punto di retiro. Sono andata a prendere l'ordine e nel punto di ritiro sono stata informata hanno dovuto rifiutare l'ordine perché il sistema UPS non consentiva de accettarla. Alla fine non mi è arrivato nessun aggiornamento dalla parte dell'UPS al riguardo anche se sono registrata e c'è l'ho my choice. L'ultimo aggiornamento arrivato è stato fatto il 11/01 nel giorno della consegna, e poi non mi è arrivato più nulla in modo che io potessi intervenire tempestivamente (in allegato) Sto cercando di contattare e risolvere il problema sulla loro app e su loro sito , ma non mi consente e devo fare mille passaggi e questa cosa mi arrabbia tantissimo. Quindi per questo motivo voglio cancellare l'ordine e vorrei il rimborso. NB: e non comprerò più.”
