The item was sent to a different address from the one requested. I repeated the shipping address 3 times but in the end it was sent to the one saved on my account

Cuando realicé el pedido habia una promoción por navidad y el sistema no me aplicó la promoción. Inmediatamente envie un mail para avisar que queria que me enviaran el producto de regalo que era neuro-mag y me dijeron que no me lo enviaban junto el pedido.

Not good. They keep postponing delivery. This is now the third postponed delivery date. Product ordered 7th December. 17th December still waiting for delivery. Original delivery date plus two postponed delivery dates later and no delivery. Nothing received. Not happy.

Not all vouchers were available. I had to split the order into 6 parcels. The web site on my iPhone was not working properly. After 7 days my parcels have not moved from the sending place on ups tracking system.

Order No 30055889 not received. Messaage via iphone received stating I owe a large amount in import duty, More than the cost of the items. I have no way of meeting this, and was unaware I would be liable. There was no warning when I ordered. Please have the goods returned to you and refund me with the £72.42p I paid. Ordered on 1sr Dec. Delivery is currently scheduled for 13th after having been pushed back twice. Two weeks!! These were products I wanted within a few days and weren’t cheap.
