“I still have not received my order UPS keep changing date of delivery sometimes on the day it is supposed to be delivered. Presumably they are waiting til they have several parcels to deliver in my area. Sorry I ordered now!”

“Pleased with the product but here’s the rub. Got an email asking for a review “as one of their preferred customers”. It’s my first purchase from them. Do they think I’m stupid? Or do they take all their customers for granted. Marketing really sucks; product is good but I’m annoyed. Bad result.”

“Ups delivered to completely wrong address 28, Dawney Road. Luckily the lady contacted me. I'm 28 Downs Way KT23 4BW Note also different post code?! I was in all day and was told the parcel was delivered. But no parcel. Are you kidding me. Can I trust you next time??”
