“The D vitamin test lab in Austria was not found(I sent the right envelope). So the test was sent back. Till today no answer to my emails from Life Extensions Europe!!!”

“Bonjour, Un service de livraison UPS qui ne livre pas, ne donne aucune information sur la livraison et rien sur leur site internet pour savoir où est mon colis avec un gros point d’interrogation vert en bas à droite ! Pour résumer : facile de commander, facile d’être facturé mais pour recevoir sa commande c’est autre chose !”

“I have lost confidence in LIfe Extension. A basic order has taken 12 days to reach me and I paid £7 for the pleasure. The product has always been excellent but I can get equal on a faster and cheaper delivery. Really sad having to say this but that’s my last order.”

“I had to make 3 phonecalls to cancel my order , and although confirmed you never cancelled and i had to involve paypal to get my money back . a really bad experience and i am doubtful if i ever buy from you again , this experience was so disapointing !”

“I have tried for at least two months to place an order with Life Extensionm Europe but it doesn´t go thru. I would really like to place the order. I was thinking of calling Life Extension USA on the phone and asking them to place it for me. I can´t get shipments from the USA because Customs confiscates it.”

“Plus de 3 semaines pour recevoir une partie de ma commande, en 2 livraisons, après plusieurs réclamations. Sur ces 2 livraisons, aucun des délais annoncés n'a été respecté ( 2 à 3 jours supplémentaires, à chaque fois). Et je n'ai pas reçu la benfotiamine, qui était, pourtant, en stock lorsque j'ai passé ma commande.”

“I have shopped with life extension many times and always received good service and communications regarding my delivery. However I am very disappointed with my experience with life extension this time. I ordered over 200 pounds of vitamins and was excited to recieve them. They never came!!!! Only had one email to state life extension was moving and my order would be late. I ordered at the beginning of April, 3 seems later no delivery!!! I had to phone and chase to get I information to be told my delivery had not been shipped!!! We can give you a refund the adviser told me. No apology just my refund and time wasted!!! Very disappointed in Life extension!!!!”

“my experiencia general hasta el momento había sido buena pero últimamente. La pagina web es peor que la antigua donde te deja comprar productos fuera de stock sin avisarlo y pasan los productos en carrusel y no te da tiempo a fijarte en los que te interesan. es mas difícil consultar la composición de los productos pq ponen las fotos no el texto. No esta disponible la entrega en el punto de entrega como era habitual. Me enviaron distintos avisos diciéndome que el pedido realizado el 20 de Abril llegaría y todavía no me lo han entregado. el nº de pedido es el 600049314. Soy clienta habitual desde el 2018 .”

“Long waiting time on line. Cumbersome ordering (online products are not all listed) hence obliged to call and go through a time consuming process. Deploring payment procedure and outdated. Gave an address in an EU country thus was sent to home address (wanted to avoid shipping costs!!!! Switzerland is not in Europe hence different cost applies). Why not have product expert able to advise?”
