“Ups delivered to completely wrong address 28, Dawney Road. Luckily the lady contacted me. I'm 28 Downs Way KT23 4BW Note also different post code?! I was in all day and was told the parcel was delivered. But no parcel. Are you kidding me. Can I trust you next time??”

“I've been your customer for over 19 years but you do not send me my orders due to the move to the new warehouse. The moving was VERY poorly planned. It is not okay to not be able to sell products for customers for days, let alone weeks. I am very disappointed AND I lost a lot in sales since I was not able to provide your products for my customers.”

J’ai payé 352.61 € le 11avril 2021 pour la commande 200030788, non livrée à ce jour. J’ai réclamé le 21 avril, sans aucune réponse de votre part ! J’ai relancé hier le 28 avril, toujours SANS AUCUNE RÉPONSE DE VOTRE PART ! Je suis très surpris. Vous me décevez ! Remboursez-moi ou respectez votre vente. Toujours avec beaucoup d’estime. “The transition period of moving to new warehouse was very frustrating. Many out of stock products, no information about not available products... Now - after movement to new warehouse it is even worse: after ordering you never know when goods will be shipped...”
