“Order date: 07/09/2026, Order number: 400449179 never arrived as of 21st of September!! Shipping method: SENDING, Package tracking: 999990559487 Your customer service online, Adolfo is not being helpful, or courteous "hello, what else do you need" ...."we sent address change to Sending, we cannot guarantee anything in these cases, if your order is not delivered by you last day, contact us and we can refund you money" i am asking to treat my order and delivery with urgency - i think i deserve that service to be prompt since i have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks already and it might take another week to receive it.”
