“Die Medikamente waren nicht gut verpackt (lose im Paket) bei dieser Hitze und dem langen Versandweg. Sie hatten eine Temperatur über 25 Grad als ich sie auspackte. Ich habe Zweifel, dass sie überhaupt noch wirken.”
