It's really good light in the box . Customer service is very good. I am very happy with their service. Sometimes the delivery of the products are slow but who cares because the product qualities are extraordinary....

It was quite a good experience, to be honest. This was my first order from the site, and overall I can say it wasn't bad, though the delivery took some time, but didn't exceed its limit. So I'm comfortable with that. Recommended.

This is a good customer caring shopping site... I've ordered pair of sunglasses, but when it arrives it is not the colour which I had been ordered....so I return it back, after that I got a high quality sunglasses which is better than I ordered.... And they have not charge any extra amount for that....So I recommend this site for you....This is the one of the best shopping site which I have been experienced......Thank you.

About two weeks ago I ordered a puzzle from Light In The Box. I have not yet put it together but it seems like decent quality. The box arrived slightly damaged around the edges, which generally is not the producers fault, could however be due to poor packaging. Nothing too bad though. The package arrived about a day or two late, which seems normals during current times. Overall I am sattisfied with my order and from my current experience with the provider would recommend to shop puzzles on this site.

I ordered an XXL shirt and received the shirt in an XL size which was too small. I tried three times to contact the company to exchange the shirt for the size I ordered. I received no response whatsoever. Now I am stuck with a shirt that does not fit for which I did not order.

I received my parcel before the time limit, Lightin the box let me know how the purchase was going as far as transportation was concerned and I found that very helpful also the top I bough was great I love it thank you.
