Fantastic company, have ordered a few times, got exactly what I ordered and the quality of the product is excellent. never had any problems. priority delivery is great, item comes within the 8 days ordered.

I've used this website twice and on both occassions I've found numberous things of interest to me. I have placed two orders and the confirmation email and the ongoing shipment information has been excellant and very helpful. Shioment tracking was good and the goods arrived in a reasonable time. Needless to say, the prices are very competitve and the quality is first class. I recommned anyone to try this suppler as I don't think you'll be disappointed. Peter

I bought a pair aokeda hiking trousers. I ordered a large because im a waist size of 34-36. When they arrived i couldn't get them past my knee. They are more for a 24-26 waist. Im giving them to my nephew. Measurements are misleading. I wont be ordering trousers from here again

A very cheap clothing quality, poor delivery service wich is very expensive, I did try but will not continue stay as a costumer. Sorry

So i am having a bad experience with them. They said my order arrived and i wasn’t at home bla bla, it’s lockdown and at that time it was around Christmas so where I could have been. And they have received the items back but they have my money and won’t refund it. Funny thing is that they didn’t respond my emails, but they responded on the reviews. They told me they can’t refund or sand back my order until i PAY AGAIN. Butttt they’ll make me an offer: i have to change my review (from 1 star to 4-5) and give all mai money back. So here it is: 4 stars, i’m waiting again for my money. I have all the proofs, screen shots of everything, if you not refund, i’ll go to police, lawyers, bank, whatever it takes.

In these strange and testing times, the communication about delayed delivery was very good, with prompt replies to my enquiries. Also some compensation for late delivery was most welcome. The quality of the goods, all bike clothing related have been very good and worth the wait.

I am very hapy with the products I have received so far by light in the box,they have an array of clothing,lighting,shoes and various other items to choose from,and to say my items were coming from so far away they luckily arrived in one piece,my only let down would be I ordered some gifts at the beginning of december for Christmas and they actually took a month to arrive, arriving after christmas,this was dissapointing even with the covid situation and logistic problems I had received an email about from light in the box,however at least I was kept updated as to my items tracking stages though my account though some information on checking that could also be somewhat vague.The actual items I was pleased with and found light in the box to have quirky unusual items I may not of found anywhere els.

This international shipping company is great for making online purchases with its own advice to have security and confidence in the appropriate purchase, however, it presented delays in the agreed delivery, the packaging was good, and the shipment arrived in excellent condition as agreed , I recommend it, late but safe delivery.

I recently reviewed an order and gave 1 star but am retracting it. I was able to get a good resolution to the problem and the company did an exchange for the right sized product at no cost to me.

Very efficient. A refund was granted quickly on an electronic bluetooth transmitter which wasn't able to pair with my headphones, even though I didn't return the goods (due to expensive postage) Highly recommended and cheaper than Ebay.

Scammers...product arrived 2nd hand and badly damaged 5 weeks late! Not happy! Avoid Avoid Avoid, unless you have money to put in the bin, which is were my phone case will have to go now!

I ordered from your compnay and my money was deducted from my account however my order was cancelled on your side. No refund given ? Ive also logged a complaint with no response. Can someone urgently assist.

Please be kindly advised your payment of this order could not be accepted by our payment system automatically. Then our financial department contacted you via Ticket 22680230 to ask some photos so that they could verify you're the owner of the card used to place this order. The photos can help to ensure the payment security. However, you did not reply to them within 24 hours. So they called you. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone said he did not remember this order (not sure it was you answered the phone or not). Finally, our financial department had to cancel your order. We appreciate your understanding in advance. Regarding your money, it is the authorization from you of the prepaid for us. Now we have cancelled the authorization. The money will be returned to your original bank account by which you paid. Please kindly note because this is a transnational transaction, it will take a few more days for you to receive the refund. To reduce your concern, I had conducted new Ticket ID =22724659 in our ticket center to follow up your case and keep the ticket open till you receive the refund.
