I purcased four items from Lightinthebox. Only one of the four was satisfactory. I requested returns/refunds and two weeks on I am still waiting.

Hi guy's I've only recently discovered LightInTheBox through AD'S on the Internet and when I saw the types of clothes you did especially the 3D shirts I thought I would give it a try so I ordered a shirt and when it arrived it was brill size good and nice quality material and since then I've ordered another garment for my wife because she also liked the shirts and other garments on your site so I'm really glad I found you site 😀.

When I started purchasing from this seller, I was really unsure whether they would be any different from the other similar sites. They are. The quality of the items I have bought is fantastic, and the sizing they tell you, is spot on. I have now purchased many many items, and I'm very pleased.

Excellent well-fitting shirts which i thought were a little over priced but well made. The "Tracking" was a bit odd and not updated as much as i would have liked. It did seem rather a long time to wait but i believe that these items are made to order thus the delay. They do seem to have many items which are "Quirky" and they standout amongst other items on the market, well done and many thanks.

My recent purchase have left me with a sad feeling. I was incorrectly sent a wrong size.It's nearly 3weeks now and customer service has not resolved this issue for me.I'm demoralised and feel edgy shopping with you again fearing this is the norm. If this is how innocent customers are treated, they would be hesitant shopping with Lightinthebox. I want an urgent resolution to my complaint. Thanks.

The dress I ordered from LightintheBox was quickly despatched and I received it in a few days. The condition was good. I knew it would be too long and having it shortened adds to the cost of the dress. I would love manufacturers to design dresses in a choice of two lengths.

This company took money & sent no goods. At first they were in contact, following me reporting the issue. Then they simply ignored my emails. There was no phone number to contact them, so it had to be emails.
