“One shirt the one with old people on it is fine it fits and is definitely an XL The other shirt with I apologize on it is about a medium and doesn't fit at all despite having XL on the label it is two sizes smaller than the other shirt. Very disappointing when ordering online you hope that the sizes are going to be right! 1”

“The whole experience has been easy to follow. This is my 3rd purchase from the company. My last one had a hiccup where a product didn't arrive but Lightinthebox dealt with that and simply sent a replacement. This can happen with any home delivery site so I wasn't particularly worried. I was impressed with how they dealt with the issue, there was no fuss and always answered my emails in good time. The products are excellent quality and great value for money. All of this combined is why I am a returning customer. I would recommend LightInTheBox to anyone, It's good, old-fashioned great customer service.”

“The swimming costume I bought was nice but was hopeless for me - too low in the bust and too cut away in the leg . I hadn’t realised it was shipping from china - I should have looked more carefully before buying . So when I tried to return the postage cost almost as much as the costume so no point in returning - so sadly I have wasted my money and costume it will go to charity shop”
