“I made a purchase on January 24, 2022 of several Jersey men shirts. Today Feb 9, 2022 I have no received my order. I did pay attention to order number so I don't have it. Sent emails but not an actual response. It is just from pissedconsumer.com. That is it. I thought I was getting an email from Light in the Box. Very foolishly a couple of days later of my purchase and while waiting for my purchase this time men shorts. I trusted that site. but I was wrong. I write this review so you don't loose your money. Don't buy from them, don't make the same mistake.”

“Very upset and disappointed.ordered a mother of the bride outfit was too small even though I followed the size chart . Then was told I could not get a refund .I am going to take this matter further .£120.00 is a lot to loose . I will not be recommending you .”

“The quality of the fabrics are good but I think the sizes should be accurate it's a bit difficult to get like uk size 8,10,12 to the last because of how it it's put up on your site .”

“I purchased two glass vessel basins for bathroom vanities, they arrived within a week and are beautiful. However one was supposed to come complete with faucet and it didnt. So buyer beware. Separate purchase a light and kitchen faucet. Arrived very quickly and very happy with purchase, although house still being built so cant say if they will work ok when they are installed.”

“The item they sent was nothing like the picture. It was the poorest quality you imagine. I asked for a refund and returned the item at my own cost as requested but they closed the case without any refund. DO NOT TRUST”

“Pls do not order from this company! The delivery dates keep changing and they refuse to give you a refund! I will be speaking to my bank about a chargeback and I encourage everyone else to do the same!”
