Excellent company that sells excellent products at a really good price. Not bought a bad item yet and i have bought a few things.

Beware when you provide your address for shipping. Double and triple check it as their site seems to drop pertinent delivery information! Then they claim it was your fault that the merchandise does not get delivered and your totally out of luck. I learned my lesson the hard way and will never order from them again. Shipping costs are way to high anyway.

I ordered what looked like a white cotton blouse off the website. It arrived. The fabric was like lining material…very poor quality and an extremely bad fit.. I am now in the process of trying to return it. That’s a bit of a joke! I wasn’t aware that it was going back to CHINA!!! The address on the website is in England. The suggestion seems to be that it’s going to be too expensive to send it back so they are offering 10% of the cost. That is ridiculous!! It has scam written all over it. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Ordered a dress which doesn’t fit but I am unable to find a way to send it back as it is not in my order list on the app, no way of contacting customer service. I need a return ticket to send it back but website just goes round and round and is no help!!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a tracksuit 14th January today 14th February,still no track suit, no info from them. Can’t contact them help desk sends you in a circle back to beginning. Am now cancelling my transaction on my credit card

I ordered a wedding outfit mid January and I'm still waiting for a delivery. No communication from this company and I'm unable to contact them. My advise is steer clear. I wouldn't ever use light in the box again an appauling customer service

Order placed on 8 January - we had no idea it was coming from China - there is a UK branch online (with seemingly no address/contact number. Today, 12 February, there’s no sign of the order. £38 paid for a dressing gown. We’re assured it’s been shipped. This is absolutely disgusting service.

Ridiculous company and website. Made an order, it hadn’t arrived within a fortnight so tried to contact them which is nigh on impossible. Looks as though my order has been cancelled but no refund made and navigating the website to make enquires is ridiculously complicated. Very poor company steer clear.

I made a purchase on 11 Nov still no delivery Initially communication and reaction were excellent. 10 Feb was given as last day for delivery after which I was advise to ask for refund. No contact numbers given. Clothing really looks great but too scared to order again What to Do?. No communication anymore Will change rating to five if problem solved.

Much better than other sites. You have to take into account the postage and wait for goods but when they are coming such along way you understand this. Got lovely cheap costume jewellery very pleased 😃 and have already placed another order.

I ordered Burgundy and dress is closer to red. I took my measurements according to the size chart and ordered my dress, size 16 due to bust. Received the dress, good quality and I was surprised it came so quickly. Tried the dress on and it fit in the bust area only. Arms are too long, fell off my shoulders (I have broad shoulders) and to big in the waist. I have a short torso (hourglass figure) the torso in this dress is not proportionate, hit about 1-2 inches above my waist. The and on the waist was tacked on wasn't sewn so it came undone while trying on. Tried to get a refund and got the run around, you know they don't care about quality or customer service when they offer to refund 10% and keep the dress. They tell you it would cost too much and take too long to ship it back to the warehouse in China.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. BUYER BEWARE. This company is a fraud. Poor quality merchandise. Horrible customer service.

dont buy there nothing. They do not allow to return an item, even if it is on the same day you received, they do not have a return address on the site, I wrote them dozens of messages without a matter-of-fact response, hostile treatment

Bought two clothing items worth nearly £90. Both very poor quality, unusable for purpose (paddle boarding) and sizing so far off the mark the 'medium' I ordered only just fit a neighbours slim 8 year old. Their return policy is non exsistent, if you can locate it in the first place. Feel totally conned and cannot believe the positive reviews mentioned elsewhere .... I shall make all contacts aware of the scam

The goods were ok but I had to pay£85 before the carrier would deliver them which no mention of was made by you when I ordered the goods which made them very expensive so will make a point of not using you again.
