“Always been guarded about purchasing from Chinese Companies having heard and read some bad things regarding quality delivery etc BUT Lighting The Box Have been fantastic to deal with. The quality of the products is second to none as are their prices. Delivery was within the time scales quoted. Would we recommend Lightin The Box ? Absolutely”

“Order shipped on November 25 and not received yet as at January 20. That’s almost 2 months. The apps tracking features does not work. Client service responses don’t help. Requested for a refund and customer service just ask me to be patient!!!”
