“I ordered three lamps from Lights.com Your customer service rep was very thorough and contacted me regarding my order, advising that the lanterns might not come in all the same design. It did not matter to us and once we relayed the message to him, the lanterns were shipped immediately. Great Job Lights.com.”

“I know that strings lights are delicate however, while hanging one of many strands, there was a portion in the middle of the strand that was out. Also, on a different strand, one end connection did not work. I had to use it at the end of all I was using.”

“The candles were as I had hoped for. A short note showing how to insert the batteries would have been helpful for those of weak vision. I had to closely examine the candle to discover where the battery cover was.”

“I called customer service after hours and left a mesaage and also sent a follow up email out of concern for a delayed shipment and was very impressed that I received a phone call not more than 10 minutes after I sent the email. This is the 2nd time I received this kind of outstanding follow up after hours. I am VERY impressed with their commitment to following up with their customers...really excellent! Thank you!! I would very much recommend Light.com to anyone!”
