“The lights I received met all the needs that I had. I really enjoy the changing mood lighting and the remote especially. The order shipped fast and I think for what I got, a real deal. I will definitely be back.”

“I have ordered 3 products from Lights.com. In each case, there had been an issue Â…. either a missing part or one of a set not working correctly. Quality control might be better. HOWEVER, three times Ive contacted customer service and submitted a support ticket and have received a response within an hour or two. Always, the company has made things right, and has sent out missing parts or has replaced the defective item . Their customer support rocks!”

“I did have a question about set 3 rose candles that had German writing on bottom of candle and a very nice gentleman sent an email to Candle Impressions and received a response very quickly stating an error was made putting on instructions on bottom of candle. Customer service VERY nice, helpful!”
