“I must say I’ve been a little disappointed with the cut and feel of the fabric of my last few dresses, they just haven’t had that ‘Jaase edge’ that I have so admired over the past few years, it seems to be lacking.😔🤷🏼‍♀️”

Hi Jessica! We are incredibly sorry you are not satisfied and feel that the quality of Jaase dresses is not consistent! I can assure you that we have not changed supplier, and all fabrics and cuts of the dresses are the same, however, thank you for this feedback we will look into this further! Hi Candice! I've just looked into this for you, as I can see your order has been delivered to the United States. As we are an Australian company we have to send all international parcels with Australia Post Standard or DHL Express, I see you chose Australia Post Standard International shipping - we sent you an order confirmation when your parcel was sent, and that email includes a tracking number from Australia Post, you can click on the link and it will take you to tracking or you can copy and paste this link into the Australia Post website! Sometimes this confirmation email gets sent to junk/spam/promotions in your email for some reason, so be sure to check those if you are unable to locate this. Otherwise, our helpful customer service team is happy to send you your tracking number if you are unable to find it! We hope next time you are able to track your item xx Love Lilac an Mila xx

“The girls at L&M are always lovely to deal with. Great service & professional as always. Turnaround time is excellent. This time I bought the Gardenia Tessa Maxi in size M. I absolutely love it & it is such a pretty print. The Tessa has always been a favourite of mine & I love the long sleeves on this one too.”

“I just collected my package from the post office. It arrived ahead of the expected time. The follow up and tracking of the parcel was excellent. The top itself, is fantastic. It is as advertised, oversized, so therefore the perfect fit, as I sized down. I absolutely love it. Thank you. I will be back in the future!”

“The service was superb for my midi dress order. Very swift and informative as far as where my package was. It got here MUCH quicker than I expected!! The dress is lovely, HOWEVER, doesn’t fit, even though I went up a size from normal. Too tight on top. Was very disappointed because it is beautiful.”

“As a repeat customer I am extremely happy with each one of my Lilac & Mila purchase. The quality is excellent, prices are very affordable and delivery is so quick!! The range of styles and patterns is beautiful and they are one of Very few online stores which actually go beyond a size 14-16. “Beautifully clothes at a very reasonable price. Very size inclusive. I am not one to want to show my new bumps and rolls but these clothes make me feel feminine and comfortable. Really happy with my purchase and the speedy postage. I will be a return customer.”
