Hi lovely, We're incredibly sorry to hear that you had issues finding the 15% Sign up code. However we do value your feedback immensely and will pass it on to our Digital Marketing Team. To give you a little bit of help for next time the code should show up on the screen after you have entered your email address and DOB on our ' Join the Family' pop up - which should automatically load when you open our website. I have attached a screenshot of where this is found on the screen. This code is also found on our first welcome to the Family Email :) - which sometimes can be missed in our full inboxes. I've just had a little look in our previous communications and can see that our last email was an offer to refund you the 15% off on your previous order - which of course still stands! “Loved everything I've bought so far. The team always helpful and prompt when I've inquired about anything. If I can make a suggestion it would be helpful to know height of models as some of us are a little closer to the ground and it would help judge how short or long items may be. Very happy with your beautiful site 😁”

“I really enjoyed the Lilac & Mila website, I saw 25% discount advertised and was so excited! Sadly a lot of items had been removed (newer items that I had seen earlier) which was disappointing. Parcel arrived super quick and I am very happy with my jaase item.”
