“Best customer service ever. Had a tech issue and emailed the team who responded and resolved it in about 5 minutes flat. Bought my dream dress and got an email saying it had been packed and ready for post about 10 minutes after purchase and again once it was on its way. Arrived in 1 day and it's absolutely beautiful. Totally positive experience all round and I look forward to shopping with you again.”

“Lilac & Mila is always my go to website when I’m looking for a dress. They always answer any questions I may have and I have never had an issue exchanging or returning an item. Express delivery is fantastic!! I love that they always have what I want from The Jaase range.”
