“Excellent customer service with a denim jacket that was out of stock. I was advised to email them, I received email back advising they have ordered more stock, another email when it was in & would go on sale. I now have my jacket and I love it!”

“I have only recently discovered Lilac and Mila (thanks to Natalie Angel's 'Let me try before you by' group). My experience with Lilac and Mila has been fantastic. There are so many beautiful clothes to choose from on their website and it's so easy to order. The speed at which my orders arrive here (I'm in NSW) is amazing and I have been delighted with my purchases.”

“The website is easy to navigate and the parcel arrived within a couple of days. Which was fantastic! The only downside is that your clothing is so popular many of the common sizes sell out quickly.”

“I’m still surprised how quickly my jacket arrived. All my other parcels have been taking 3-4 weeks and this delivery was 2 days. Emails and messages are answered super promptly and I love that you’re working with Nat from LMTBYB. An excellent collaboration that is giving so many women the courage to try new styles, prints etc. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you!”
