“Always happy with my purchases and very fast shipping...it would be the icing on the cake if you seperate the two different sizes in the Indiana dress (16 and XL) like you used to as they're both got a 10cm difference from each other..for this reason I have to buy my Indiana Dresses elsewhere xx”

Hi Lovely, Thank you for the kind words 🧡 At Lilac and Mila we have combined the XL and 16 as we found a lot of our customers were getting confused with the sizing difference between each. We also found XS far too large to be a 6 in almost every single style, therefore have set out sizing to: XS-8 S-10 M-12 L-14 XL-16 ...and so on. We have done this to make the Jaase sizing a little more accurate with standard Australian sizing. We are incredibly sorry for any confusion! Please feel free to message us if you'd like us to make a note in your account for the Indiana maxis... We can make sure to send out a 16/XL depending on which one you'd prefer. “I ordered a Jaase brand top using a credit note from a previously returned order. The top arrived promptly and fit as described. The top has tassles on it and arrived with the tassles matted and tangled like it had been through the wash. If it weren’t for this, I would’ve given 5 stars.”

“Beautiful products and good customer service. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have some larger sized models so that other women who are over size 16 can see how the garments float and sit on a larger figure. Video is also really helpful to see how a garment moves with walking, turning etc.”

Hi lovely! Thank you for the kind words and feedback 💕 We completely agree with you and that is something we are constantly working hard on with our suppliers.. In the meantime, there are actually a few things we are doing to show the garments on different body types. We currently work with some beautiful ladies ranging from sizes 8 to 20. Various content including videos, try-ons and photos is uploaded to our social media pages weekly. We also try to include the sizes in every post to make things as easy as possible for you lovelies. “The top I purchased would have to be the biggest make I’ve ever seen! Purchased a 20, as everything top I own is a 20, and it was way too big so exchanged for a 16 and still need to alter it….,,,,”

“As per sizing guidelines on the website I ordered this top in size 18. I am usually an Australian size 22. However the top I received was way too big and I am having to send it back for a smaller size or a refund. Perhaps suggesting to downsize by an approximate number of sizes would have been helpful.”

We've sold lots of this dress in the past and haven't had any feedback on the inaccuracy of colour. We try to not edit photos and we shoot the same garments to prevent any confusion on items. I do assure you that the items photographed come from the same stock that we send to our customers and we always try to accurately describe the items. Should you not want to keep the item you can of course return this one to us for a store credit or exchange as per our policy. “The Ziah print Chloe top is beautiful, and has really nice details. But I should have sized down two sizes, it’s so big! It goes very low in front so I have to be careful bending over, and it’s very very flowy, so you can’t really see any of my shape. Highly recommend the top, but definitely size down two sizes.”
