Great service - my order arrived at the post office 36 hours later As soon as I received my order I sent an email to discuss a small issue The response was immediate with the desired outcome I just love their dresses but unfortunately they don’t always suit me - however I know I can order with confidence as their Returns Policy is so good It just makes so much sense when buying online - sale or not With much gratitude to you Lilac and Mila X

Order and delivery quick but unfortunately the jacket did not fit but was a bit disappointed in the quality as very lightweight for a jacket .Said free returns but cost me $9.95 ?? Now a credit no refund annoying.

During COVID we have extended our return policy to 60 days from the day of receiving your order. Please note that we offer FREE RETURNS on all domestic orders purchased at full price. Our Credit Notes never expire so you have all the time in the world to find a new must have wardrobe piece and with new arrivals weekly we don't think it will take you long! We do our very best to provide as much sizing and fit information as possible on all of our garments as we completely understand the difficulties of online shopping! Seems to have nice products but when you go to pick a size 90% of the time they are sold out so it’s disappointing

I really loved the collection, very beautiful and feminine brand. Online shopping is also very easy. The team is very helpful and will give you a very good advice. They are very prompt to reply to your concerns as well. Shipping is very fast and tracking is also easy. The only tiny suggestion would be and that too if possible, I would love to see various sized model’s wearing same clothes. Just so you get more idea… but as i said.. its just a suggestion otherwise the team is always ready to help you with sizing and they have fantastic returns and exchange policy so can’t complain really!!! Planning to buy lot more :))

I had taken the tags off before I tried them on and I now have a shirt and a dress that cost me just over $130 and I will never wear them. Oversized is nice but these are way, way too big and make me feel frumpy and uncomfortable. I am extremely upset with wasting my money and wish I could return them for smaller sizes

At Lilac and Mila, we want you to love all your new pieces as much as we do, so if you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a store credit or exchange as we do not refund for a change of mind. During COVID we have extended our return policy to 60 days from the day of receiving your order. We however unfortunately cannot accept any returns without the tags as the items will not be restocked online without them. Our girls check all the items upon return to ensure that they are returned in a perfect condition and remain unworn. The tags are therefore necessary in this process. The deliah denim jacket is not true to size but on the large size. Due to back order I was hesitating to return as I didn’t want to wait another month.

Easy, smooth transaction with quick delivery. Only negative feedback is i wishv like all boutique and online shops using v filters on photos can be misleading for true colours of products.

We've sold lots of these dresses in the past and haven't had any feedback on the inaccuracy of colour. We try to not edit photos and we shoot the same garments to prevent any confusion on items. When one purchases online you don’t know how it’s going to look. The dress did not suit me at all and I would have preferred a full refund. I still have not received your store credit yet. Thanks
