Hi lovely! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback! We do apologise that you weren't happy with the colour of your garments you received. We've sold lots of these dresses in the past and haven't had any feedback on the inaccuracy of colour. We try to not edit photos and we shoot the same garments to prevent any confusion on items. “When one purchases online you don’t know how it’s going to look. The dress did not suit me at all and I would have preferred a full refund. I still have not received your store credit yet. Thanks”

Hi Lovely, Thank you for your feedback! We take this kind of feedback very seriously as we want to be sure our returns policy is transparent for all of our customers. At Lilac and Mila, we want you to love all your new pieces as much as we do, so if you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a store credit or exchange as we do not refund for a change of mind. During COVID we have extended our return policy to 60 days from the day of receiving your order. Please note that we offer FREE RETURNS on all domestic orders purchased at full price. Our Credit Notes never expire so you have all the time in the world to find a new must have wardrobe piece and with new arrivals weekly we don't think it will take you long! We can see our girls processed your return within 2 business days of it arriving at our HQ. We always do our best to process returns as quickly as possible! “Amazing pattern, style and fit. My only complaint is the quality control as both dresses have extra loose threads, one hanging below the hemline which I realised after wearing it.”

“I was amazed at how quick my dress came, which was great. Fit was great until I washed it. I feel a little disappointed now as the dress has slightly shrunk in the wash so it’s a bit tight now across my chest.”

“I found the website very easy to navigate and I do love the clothing and the quality of the fabrics. The items all come in a timely manner so you don't have to wait long - even out here in Perth. The prices are also good and the service is very friendly so there is much going for this clothing company. I have found however, the sewing quality a bit poor. I have two tops/dresses and two skirts and all have loose threads, some have shallow hems that will fray after repeated hand washing and then just recently, an open seam where the machine missed the fabric underneath (this has been addressed and a voucher offered as compensation - thank you). Because this is my second shop, I'm not sure if I have the confidence in the quality of the sewing to order a third time which is a real shame.”
