The items arrived quickly and were well packed. I was disappointed that the szing was quite large and I found it difficult to work out how to return them. I had to send 2 emails before receiving a response and then was told I could only get a credit voucher not a refund. This refund process needs to be simpler.

At Lilac and Mila, we want you to love all your new pieces as much as we do, so if you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a store credit or exchange as we do not refund for a change of mind. During COVID we have extended our return policy to 60 days from the day of receiving your order. Please note that we offer FREE RETURNS on all domestic orders purchased at full price. Our Credit Notes never expire so you have all the time in the world to find a new must have wardrobe piece and with new arrivals weekly we don't think it will take you long! Lilac and Mila has a great online presence. L & M offer such a lovely range of styles, brands and colourways. If I had any small criticism (which I don't really ) it's that sometimes it's hard to get sizing. BUT that's not a bad thing for a small business in 2020, as it means the product is in demand, so no complaints. from me ❤

Lovely clothes & speedy service. The only improvement that can be made is the option of a refund for change of mind. It’s very difficult to purchase clothes online and it’s often trial & error. It’s very generous that store credit never expires but I’ll lean towards brands that have a refund option in the future.

I ordered a top, in a bigger size as you had sold out in most sizes,unfortunately it was too big, so I have returned it and am waiting on you restocking the tops so I can reorder.

Hi there, The ordering and delivery process was great, however I was waiting for this item to be restocked for weeks before I could place my order. And to do this I was checking the site every day. I love the top but unfortunately the size is so generous that it’s too big and I can’t reorder the smaller size as it is sold out again! Not sure if you can buy larger volumes of stock to avoid this happening? Other than that I really love the clothing your store offers and for really reasonable prices. I am always getting ideas from Nat at Let me try before you buy. She is amazing and so helpful and I suspect is doing great things for small businesses including yours. Thanks for taking the time to find out what your customers are thinking. I will definitely shop from you again. Cheers, Angela

Found 2 blue dresses had such different colors as to what was on the website. Disappointing. Latte print Classico mini S-10 did not fit a normal 8-10. Too tight in sleeves. Cloudburst Rena mini dress was too see through for my liking. First time customer. Still waiting for a response regarding a cardigan. Told I would be waiting 5 days for a response. Not sure if I will continue with Lilac and Mila, apart from having a credit on 3 returned items as you do not give refunds.

Fast delivery. I ordered a stretchy belt. I am only a size 14 but to wear it I need to stretch it quite a bit... this makes it a little tight/ uncomfortable. I will wear it, but I though that it would be more versatile and comfortable.
