“Amazing pattern, style and fit. My only complaint is the quality control as both dresses have extra loose threads, one hanging below the hemline which I realised after wearing it.”

“I was amazed at how quick my dress came, which was great. Fit was great until I washed it. I feel a little disappointed now as the dress has slightly shrunk in the wash so it’s a bit tight now across my chest.”

“I found the website very easy to navigate and I do love the clothing and the quality of the fabrics. The items all come in a timely manner so you don't have to wait long - even out here in Perth. The prices are also good and the service is very friendly so there is much going for this clothing company. I have found however, the sewing quality a bit poor. I have two tops/dresses and two skirts and all have loose threads, some have shallow hems that will fray after repeated hand washing and then just recently, an open seam where the machine missed the fabric underneath (this has been addressed and a voucher offered as compensation - thank you). Because this is my second shop, I'm not sure if I have the confidence in the quality of the sewing to order a third time which is a real shame.”

“The items arrived quickly and were well packed. I was disappointed that the szing was quite large and I found it difficult to work out how to return them. I had to send 2 emails before receiving a response and then was told I could only get a credit voucher not a refund. This refund process needs to be simpler.”

“Lilac and Mila has a great online presence. L & M offer such a lovely range of styles, brands and colourways. If I had any small criticism (which I don't really ) it's that sometimes it's hard to get sizing. BUT that's not a bad thing for a small business in 2020, as it means the product is in demand, so no complaints. from me ❤”

“Lovely clothes & speedy service. The only improvement that can be made is the option of a refund for change of mind. It’s very difficult to purchase clothes online and it’s often trial & error. It’s very generous that store credit never expires but I’ll lean towards brands that have a refund option in the future.”
