So pleased with all my purchases from Saffron road. I’m a new customer and was introduced to this brand by LMTBYB group. I absolutely love the styles, material and designs. I live in a very hot climate and the materials are perfect for here. Customer service is awesome too.

I was surprised by the next day delivery but disappointed in the quality of the dress. When trying it on, two buttons straight away fell of.

Bought a lovely and beautiful dress from Lilac & Mila (Jasse collection). The online chat was a plus to find out sizes etc before purchasing and once received, it fitted perfectly. They even went the extra mile to email me some options for my enquiry about bump friendly options and also helped me measure lengths for the maxi's for me before buying!! Customer service A+++. I also loved that the packaging for the delivery bag and the bag that the garment was in are biodegradable for compost, WIN!

I love like Lilac and Mila for the website layout, it is so easy to use. The thing I don’t like is that Jaase sizes are different depending on the style of dress. I bought a dress size small because normally that is my size, even though I had a baby on the 5th Jan. I bought a small dress and had to return it. But I was to late to exchange for a medium so I had to buy a drifferent dress. Well this medium dress is to big! I have not returned the dress because I threw out the packaging already. The tags are still on. I find that depending on style and cut of dress depends on size.. Most brands I am a small in all their garments so it’s easy to buy online. But not with Jaase. So I’m very hesitant to buy Jaase dress online now. Can I still return the dress even if I don’t have the packaging, just the tags? I didn’t ask earlier as this is my 6th baby. Anyway you asked. Lilac and Mila is a lovely website to visit and easy to use. Just Jaase inconsistent sizes.

The clothing are super super cute and beautiful, the only downside is that they are really out of price range. If there were sales really frequently I would have no problem purchasing more. As of now I probably have to wait two weeks for international shipping which is alright, I’m relying on noticed that I will receive it sometime soon maybe

In terms of pricing, we work very closely with our supplier brand to ensure that we offer good value on unique designs while providing great quality - which wouldn't be possible to achieve at lower pricing. We do aim to have 99% of our clothing under $100 which is very important to us. Keep your eyes peeled for our sales - we do aim to have one every couple of months based around key dates! We also have a great rewards system where you can snatch gift vouchers and generous discounts on first time orders! Really love Lilac and Mila designs. Recent jumpsuit purchase fit however was poor and too big for small size, required alteration. Mobile site for shopping needs work.

I would like for the website to be improved so that you can easily look for dresses based on size. I.e.look for all dresses in size Lo love the products and customer service but website needs work
